9 Each Sauce Ready Tail-Off Shrimp 44/62 ct. (Item# 057364)
3 Ounces Wide Rice Noodles, Dry
1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil
1 Each Thai Chilis, Seeded & Chopped
2 Each Garlic, Cloves, Chopped
1/4 Each Onion, Julienned
2 Each Scallions
1 Teaspoon Fish Sauce
1/2 Cup Thai Basil, Torn
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar
1/2 Tablespoon Water


  1. Prepare the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare the sauce by stirring the ingredients together.
  3. Fry the Sauce Ready Shrimp according to package instructions to a 165°F internal temperature.
  4. In a wok or sauté pan, heat the oil and add the chilis and garlic for 10 seconds.
  5. Add the onions and fish sauce.
  6. Add the scallions and noodles and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Add the sauce, basil and the shrimp, coating everything evenly.
  8. Serve Hot.
