1 | Tablespoon | Peanut Oil |
1 | Each | Thai Chilis, Seeded & Chopped |
2 | Each | Garlic, Cloves, Chopped |
1/4 | Each | Onion, Julienned |
2 | Each | Scallions |
1 | Teaspoon | Fish Sauce |
1/2 | Cup | Thai Basil, Torn |
Sauce: | ||
1 | Tablespoon | Soy Sauce |
1 | Tablespoon | Light Soy Sauce |
2 | Tablespoons | Oyster Sauce |
1 1/2 | Teaspoons | Sugar |
1/2 | Tablespoon | Water |
Directions
- Prepare the noodles according to package instructions.
- Prepare the sauce by stirring the ingredients together.
- Fry the Sauce Ready Shrimp according to package instructions to a 165°F internal temperature.
- In a wok or sauté pan, heat the oil and add the chilis and garlic for 10 seconds.
- Add the onions and fish sauce.
- Add the scallions and noodles and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the sauce, basil and the shrimp, coating everything evenly.
- Serve Hot.
