5 Each Deep Cut Coconut (Item# 057446)
1 Ounce Iceberg Lettuce, Chopped
1 Ounce Bibb Lettuce, Chopped
1/2 Ounce Radicchio, Chopped
1 Each Large Avocado, Diced
6 Each Grape Tomatoes, Medley, Blistered & Cooled
3 Ounces Bacon Lardons, Crispy
1 Ounce Soft Croutons
2 Ounces Avocado Dressing

Directions

  1. Fry the Deep Cut Shrimp according to package instructions to a 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Mix all of the remaining ingredients and toss in the avocado dressing.
  3. Arrange the Deep Cut Shrimp on top of the salad and enjoy.
