4 Ounces Kale, Shredded
3 Ounces Apple, Roasted, Diced
2 Ounces Candied Walnuts
2 Ounces Goat Cheese, Crumbled
2 Ounces Cranberry Vinaigrette


  1. Fry Shrimp according to package instructions to a 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Toss diced apple in canola oil and roast until caramelized.
  3. Start with kale as a base.
  4. Add diced apple and candied walnuts.
  5. Top with crumbled goat cheese and cranberry vinaigrette.
  6. Finish with Crispy Shrimp.
