Directions
- Bake or fry the pollock portion according to directions and until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Toast the brioche and spread the tartar sauce on both sides of the bread.
- Stack the pickles, the fish and the cheese on the bottom bun and then add the dressed top to complete.
