Crispy Oyster Shooters

1 Each Panko Breaded Medium Oysters 18/25 ct. (Item# 053828)
1 1/2 Ounce Bloody Mary Mix, Zing Zang
1/2 Ounce Vodka
Horseradish Cream:
1 Ounce Heavy Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Horseradish, Fresh, Minced
1/8 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
To Taste Sea Salt
To Taste Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Each Celery, Heart, Stalk with Leaves


  1. Mix the Bloody Mary mix with the vodka and put into a 2 ounce shot glass.
  2. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and fold in the additional ingredients for the horseradish cream. Put a dollop of cream on top of the Bloody Mary.
  3. Cook the Oyster to an internal cooking temperature of 165°F and put on top of the cream.
  4. Garnish with the celery stalk.
