Directions
- Mix the Bloody Mary mix with the vodka and put into a 2 ounce shot glass.
- Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and fold in the additional ingredients for the horseradish cream. Put a dollop of cream on top of the Bloody Mary.
- Cook the Oyster to an internal cooking temperature of 165°F and put on top of the cream.
- Garnish with the celery stalk.
