2 | Ounces | Cream Cheese |
3 | Ounces | German Beer |
1 | Teaspoon | Paprika, Hungarian |
1/2 | Teaspoon | Caraway Seed, Crushed |
1 | Tablespoon | Heavy Cream |
1/4 | Cup | Onion, Sweet, Minced |
To Taste | Salt | |
To Taste | Pepper, Fresh Ground | |
Garnish: | ||
1 | Each | Radish, Thinly Sliced |
1 | Teaspoon | Chives, Chopped |
Directions
- Mash all of the ingredients (except onions) together in a bowl and leave chunky. Cool for 4-6 hours.
- Before serving fold in the onions and adjust seasoning.
- Fry the Gold Pack Shrimp according to package instructions and 165° F internal temperature.
- Garnish with chopped chives and sliced radishes.
- Serve the hot crispy shrimp with the chilled Obatzda and enjoy.
