Ingredients

5 Each Gold Pack Butterfly Shrimp 16/20 ct. (Item# 013220)
Obatzda:
4 Ounces Camembert
2 Ounces Cream Cheese
3 Ounces German Beer
1 Teaspoon Paprika, Hungarian
1/2 Teaspoon Caraway Seed, Crushed
1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Onion, Sweet, Minced
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper, Fresh Ground
Garnish:
1 Each Radish, Thinly Sliced
1 Teaspoon Chives, Chopped

Directions

  1. Mash all of the ingredients (except onions) together in a bowl and leave chunky. Cool for 4-6 hours.
  2. Before serving fold in the onions and adjust seasoning.
  3. Fry the Gold Pack Shrimp according to package instructions and 165° F internal temperature.
  4. Garnish with chopped chives and sliced radishes.
  5. Serve the hot crispy shrimp with the chilled Obatzda and enjoy.
