1 Each Tavern Battered® Cod Fillets 2-3 oz. (Item# 070053)
2 Ounces Greens, Mixed, Tender
1/4 Each Avocado, Peeled, Seeded, Large Diced
2 Strips Bacon, Thick, Cooked, Crumbled
1 Ounce Croutons
1 Ounce Creamy Citrus Vinaigrette


  1. Cook the pollock to an internal temperature of 165°F in a deep fryer set at 350°F and crispy.
  2. Build the salad with the remainder of the ingredients and top with the pollock.
