Crispy Calamari Stir Fry with Udon Noodles and Sesame Ginger Sauce

1 Pound Lightly Breaded Ring and Tentacle Calamari (Item# 041250)
1/3 Cup Snow Peas
1/3 Cup Onions, Sliced
1/3 Cup Carrots, Sliced
1/3 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
1/3 Cup Spinach
1/3 Cup Red Bell Peppers
1 Package Udon Noodles
1 Cup Sesame Ginger Sauce


  1. Boil salted water and cook one package of udon noodles until soft, drain and run under cold water; reserve.
  2. Heat a large wok and add sesame oil and quickly stir fry snow peas, sliced onions, sliced carrots, sliced mushrooms, spinach, and red bell peppers. Add the noodles and sauce.
  3. In a deep fryer, fry 1 lb. of Mrs. Friday's® Breaded Calamari Rings & Tentacles for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until golden brown at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature.
  4. Divide the stir fry into four bowls and top with the calamari. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
