Crispy Alaskan Pollock Garlic Cheddar Biscuit

1 Each Oven Ready Breaded Pollock Fillets 3-4 oz. (Item# 075414)
1 Each Garlic Herb Cheddar Biscuit
3 Tablespoons Pimento Cheese Spread
1/4 Cup Habanero Maple Syrup


  1. Bake the Pollock according to package instructions till 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Infuse the habanero pepper into the maple syrup by steeping the two together for approximately 30 minutes. Strain to discard the habanero flesh and seeds.
  3. Heat the biscuit and the pimento cheese spread, add the Pollock and drizzle the fish with the spicy syrup.
