Creamy Lobster Bianco Pizza

This is more of an add-on than a remix, but no diner will complain. Derived from a Roman favorite, this pizza bianco starring Lobster Sensations® will light up their taste buds like a Roman candle.

5 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
16 Ounces Pizza Dough
4 Ounces Alfredo Sauce
12 Each Roasted Garlic Cloves
1/2 Each Onions, Sliced, Caramelized
1 Bag Baby Spinach, Sautéed, Drained
1 Cup Mushrooms, Medley, Sliced, Caramelized
8 Ounces Italian Pizza Cheese Blend, Shredded
As Desired Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
As Desired Oregano, Leaves, Fresh


  1. Stretch the dough to form your desired pizza crust.
  2. Mix the Lobster Sensations® with the alfredo sauce and spread it on the dough.
  3. Sprinkle half the cheese over the pizza. Add the roasted garlic, caramelized onions and mushrooms and the bay spinach.
  4. Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese over the top of the pizza and bake at 450°F on a pizza stone till done.
  5. Garnish with red pepper flakes and oregano leaves.
