6 | Ounces | Prepared Craft Beer Tempura Batter |
Directions
- Grill filet to order.
- Toast buns.
- Skewer shrimp and dip into craft beer batter shaking off excess and deep fry at 350°F until golden brown and internal 165°F.
- Place beef onto toasted slider bottom.
- Top with pickles, onions, chips and top with bun.
- Place fried skewer shrimp through top of bun and serve.
