Craft Beer Battered Shrimp Bao

9 Each Craft Beer Battered™ Shrimp (Item# 097699)
3 Each Bao Buns, Steamed
1 Ounce Carrots, Julienne
1 Ounce Cabbage, White, Chiffonade
1 Ounce Cabbage, Red, Chiffonade
2 Tablespoons Scallions, Julienne
3 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Siracha Aioli
3 Sprigs Cilantro
1 Each Lime, Fresh, Wedge
To Taste Sea Salt
To Taste Pepper, Fresh Ground


  1. Fry the shrimp at 350°F until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
  2. Toss the carrots, cabbage and scallions in the rice wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put 3 shrimp in each steamed bao, top with veggies tossed in rice wine vinegar and drizzle with the siracha aioli.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and lime.
