Craft Beer Battered Shrimp Bao

|1||Ounce||Cabbage, White, Chiffonade|
|1||Ounce||Cabbage, Red, Chiffonade|
|3||Tablespoons||Rice Wine Vinegar|
|1||Each||Lime, Fresh, Wedge|
|To Taste||Sea Salt|
|To Taste||Pepper, Fresh Ground|
- Fry the shrimp at 350°F until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
- Toss the carrots, cabbage and scallions in the rice wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put 3 shrimp in each steamed bao, top with veggies tossed in rice wine vinegar and drizzle with the siracha aioli.
- Garnish with cilantro and lime.
