Craft Beer Battered Pollock Cali-Burrito

2 Each Craft Beer Battered™ Pollock Fillets 2-3 oz. (Item# 078612)
1 Each Flour Tortillas, 10 Inch
3 Ounces Guacamole
3 Ounces Malted Tartar Slaw
5 Ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 Ounces Potatoes, Hand Cut Fries
To Taste Sea Salt


  1. Fry the pollock at 350°F until an internal of 165°F is reached.
  2. Warm the tortilla for flexibility.
  3. Lay the fish on top of the slaw (on the tortilla shell), add the fries (seasoned with sea salt), then the cheese and guacamole and roll into a burrito.
