Directions
- Fry the pollock at 350°F until an internal of 165°F is reached.
- Warm the tortilla for flexibility.
- Lay the fish on top of the slaw (on the tortilla shell), add the fries (seasoned with sea salt), then the cheese and guacamole and roll into a burrito.
