2 Each Craft Beer Battered™ Pollock Fillets 2-3 oz. (Item# 078612)
1 Each French Demi Baguette, 6 Inch
2 Ounces Asian Chili Aioli
1 Ounce Malt Vinegar Pickled Carrots
1 Ounce Malt Vinegar Pickled Daikon Radish
1 Ounce Malt Vinegar Red Cabbage
As Desired Cilantro Leaves


  1. Fry the pollock to package directions or at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Lightly toast the French bread and spear with the Asian chili aioli.
  3. Lay the pollock on the dressed French baguette, top with pickles veggies & garnish with cilantro leaves.
