1 Each Craft Beer Battered™ 10 oz. Cod Fillet (#078609)
1 Each Brioche Bun
2 Each Smoked Cheddar Cheese, Slices
3 Each Onion Rings
2 Each Iceberg Lettuce, Shredded
3 Ounces Remoulade Sauce


  1. Cook the Craft Beer Battered™ Cod according to the package instructions to a 165° F internal temperature.
  2. Toast and sauce both sides of the bun.
  3. Layer the sandwich with the lettuce, cod fillet, cheese, onion rings, and drizzle with sauce. Serve & enjoy!
