Craft Beer Battered Cod with Crispy Brussel Sprouts

Mouth-watering cod over a bed of veggies, topped with an aioli infused with apple cider vinegar and mineral-rich, lower sodium black salt from heaven. Actually it’s from the Himalayas or Hawaii, but the taste is heavenly.

2 Each Craft Beer Battered™ Cod Fillets 2 oz. (Item# 078602)
10 Each Brussel Sprouts, Halved
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheeses, Grated
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
2 Ounces Black Salt & Vinegar Aioli
1 Each Lemon, Fresh, Wedge
1 Pinch Micro Greens, Assorted
1 Tablespoon Tomatoes, Finely Diced


  1. Make the aioli by mixing all of the ingredients together and chill.
  2. Cook the Craft Beer Battered Cod according to directions to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Fry the Brussel sprouts and arrange with the Craft Beer Battered Cod.
  4. Drizzle the aioli over the top, sprinkle with Parmesan, diced tomatoes and micro greens.
