Craft Beer Battered Cod Reuben and House-Made Malt Sauerkraut Slaw

2 Each Craft Beer Battered™ Cod Fillets 3 oz. (Item# 078603)
2 Each Seeded Rye Bread, Thick Sliced
1 Tablespoon Butter, Softened
4 Each Swiss Cheese, Sliced
4 Ounces Malt Sauerkraut Slaw
3 Ounces Russian Dressing


  1. Fry the Craft Beer Battered Cod according to package instructions and to the internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Lightly butter the rye bread and griddle, buttered side down. Add two slices of Swiss cheese on each slice of bread.
  3. Divide and arrange warm sauerkraut on both sides of the bread and drizzle the Russian dressing.
  4. Add the fish and put the sandwich together. Slice and enjoy.
