2 | Each | Seeded Rye Bread, Thick Sliced |
1 | Tablespoon | Butter, Softened |
4 | Each | Swiss Cheese, Sliced |
4 | Ounces | Malt Sauerkraut Slaw |
3 | Ounces | Russian Dressing |
Directions
- Fry the Craft Beer Battered Cod according to package instructions and to the internal temperature of 165°F.
- Lightly butter the rye bread and griddle, buttered side down. Add two slices of Swiss cheese on each slice of bread.
- Divide and arrange warm sauerkraut on both sides of the bread and drizzle the Russian dressing.
- Add the fish and put the sandwich together. Slice and enjoy.
