Crabby Deviled Eggs

6 Ounces Crab Sensations™ with King Crab Meat (Item# )
12 Each Eggs, Hard Boiled
1 1/2 Tablespoons Okra, Pickled, Diced
1 1/2 Tablespoons White Onion, Diced
5 Tablespoons Mayo
1 Teaspoon White Mustard Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Okra Pickling Juice
1 Teaspoon Chives, Freshly Chopped
2 Each Crispy Pork Belly, Sliced, Cooked
Garnish: Spicy Honey Syrup, Old Bay®, ½ Fresh Lemon
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper


  1. Hard boil eggs. Remove yolks, set egg whites aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine egg yolks, onion, Crab Sensations®, mayo, okra, okra juice, mustard powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, chives and squeezed lemon juice.
  3. Pipe mixture into egg whites, top with crispy pork belly and drizzle with hot honey syrup. Garnish with fresh chives and a sprinkling of Old Bay® seasoning.
