Crabby Bacon Potato Puffs

A delicious dish that is crunchy golden-brown on the outside. Then loaded with Jumbo Crab Sensations, potatoes, eggs, bacon, green onion & red pepper goodness on the inside. Made by Gary DePond one of the winners of the 2016 broker recipe contest.

1 Pound Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
8 Pounds Hash Brown Shredded Potatoes
12 Each Eggs
4 Cups Flour
4 Tablespoons Baking Powder
2 Pounds Bacon, Cooked Crisp And Crumbled
2 Cups Green Onion, Chopped
2 Cups Red Pepper, Finely Chopped


  1. Mix Jumbo Crab Sensations®, potatoes, eggs, flour, baking powder, bacon, green onion & red pepper together in a large bowl.
  2. Form into 1 ounce portions.
  3. Deep fry at 350°F. Minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Serve desired sauce.
