Crabby Bacon Potato Puffs
A delicious dish that is crunchy golden-brown on the outside. Then loaded with Jumbo Crab Sensations, potatoes, eggs, bacon, green onion & red pepper goodness on the inside. Made by Gary DePond one of the winners of the 2016 broker recipe contest.

8 | Pounds | Hash Brown Shredded Potatoes |
12 | Each | Eggs |
4 | Cups | Flour |
4 | Tablespoons | Baking Powder |
2 | Pounds | Bacon, Cooked Crisp And Crumbled |
2 | Cups | Green Onion, Chopped |
2 | Cups | Red Pepper, Finely Chopped |
Directions
- Mix Jumbo Crab Sensations®, potatoes, eggs, flour, baking powder, bacon, green onion & red pepper together in a large bowl.
- Form into 1 ounce portions.
- Deep fry at 350°F. Minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve desired sauce.
