Ingredients

1 Pound Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1/8 Teaspoon Creamy Horseradish Sauce
1/8 Teaspoon Mace
1/4 Each Lemon, Juiced, Fresh
3 Ounces Clarified Butter
To Taste Sea Salt
To Taste Pepper
As Needed Bay Leaves
As Needed Crushed Red Peppercorns

Directions

  1. Mix the Jumbo Crab Sensations®, mayo, creamy horseradish, mace and lemon in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spoon the crab mixture into a jar and pour clarified butter into the jar to seal mixture. Place bay leaf and some cracked peppercorns onto mixture and add more butter to seal once again. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and chill.
  3. Serve with assortment of olives, pickles, crackers, and toast points.
