Crab & Seafood Mac n’ Cheese Egg Rolls

2 Ounces Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
4 Ounces Mac & Cheese
2 Each Egg Roll Wrappers
2 Tablespoons Flour, AP
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Pinch Parsley, Chopped
2 Ounces Old Bay Mornay Sauce


  1. Fold the Jumbo Crab Sensations with the mac & cheese
  2. Lay out the egg roll wrapper and place the mixture inside.
  3. Brush the sides and corner of the egg roll wrappers with the water and flour combined.
  4. Roll and fry the egg rolls in 350° F oil until the center is 165°F and the roll is golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with Old Bay Mornay sauce.
