Crab and Seafood Chimichanga

1 Pound Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
6 12-inch Flour Tortillas
1 Each Onion, Chopped, Medium
1 Cup Enchilada Sauce
To Taste Salt And Pepper
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
2 Cups Green Onions, Chopped
1 Cup Guacamole
1 Cup Tomato, Chopped
1 Cup Sour Cream
As Needed Vegetable Oil


  1. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, crab sensations drain, onion, enchilada sauce, salt, and pepper; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until onions are transparent.
  2. In the center of each warm tortilla, spoon 1/6 of crab filling and Fold tortilla, tucking in the ends to make a secure fat tube, and fasten with wooden toothpicks.
  3. Place in a 350°F fryer until golden brown and 165°F internal temperature. Remove from oil, drain, and place on serving plates.
  4. Top with cheese, lettuce, green onions, guacamole and sour cream.
