Crab & Seafood Caprese Sandwich

Directions
- Toss the Jumbo Crab Sensations in with 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the roll in half & lightly toast.
- Layer the mozzarella on the inside of the bottom roll. Add the crab and then the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the tomatoes with the balsamic and remainder of olive oil.
- Heat the sandwich in the oven until the cheese is slightly melted and the sandwich is warm. Press together and serve.
