Crab Mac & Cheese Bites

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Boil the pasta till al dente, about 7 minutes, drain well.
- Spray 20 mini muffin cups with pan spray. Sprinkle the bottom of each muffin tin with a small amount of panko.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper. Whisk in the milk and cook till thick and creamy, about 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat and add cheese, the crab and pasta.
- Scoop the mixture into the muffin tin and bake till golden brown. Minimum internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from oven and let set up for approximately 10 minutes and serve hot.
