Crab Cake Lollipop

4 Cups Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper, Diced
1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
3 Each Eggs


  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into 6-inch crab cake logs.
  2. Place 10-inch bamboo skewer into formed logs.
  3. Place in freezer for 1 hour until firm.
  4. Deep fry in 350°F fryer until 165°F internal temperature and until heated through.
