Ingredients

1 Pound Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Sharp, Shredded
8 Ounces Artichoke Hearts, Rough Chopped
1 Tablespoon Lemon, Fresh, Juice
1 Tablespoon Coarse Grain Dijon Mustard
1 Each Garlic, Clove, Finely Minced
1 Tablespoon Dill, Fresh, Chopped
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper
Serve with your favorite Chips, Crostini or Pita Bread

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer it into a baking dish.
  2. Bake at 425°F for approximately 20 minutes until bubbly golden brown and 165°F internal temperature.
