Chimichurri Sauce

2 Cups Cilantro, Stems Removed
1/5 Cups Parsley, Stems Removed
5 Each Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup White Onion
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice, Fresh
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes, Crushed
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper


  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse garlic and onion.
  2. Add cilantro and parsley and continue to pulse.
  3. Finally, pulse remaining ingredients until evenly distributed.
  4. Reserve ½ of the mixture for grilling and ½ for additional sauce after cooking.
