7 Each Chef-Dusted Pacific Oysters 18/35 ct. (Item# 053826)
1/8 Cup Charred Green Tomato Salsa
1/8 Cup Yellow Corn, Charred
1 Ounce Gorgonzola Vinaigrette
1 Tablespoon Gorgonzola, Crumbled
2 Each Pickled Okra, Halved
To taste Black Pepper, Fresh Cracked


  1. Prepare the oysters according to package instructions to 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Spoon the charred salsa onto the plate.
  3. Arrange the okra, corn and oysters on the plate.
  4. Drizzle with gorgonzola vinaigrette and sprinkle the gorgonzola crumbles and cracked black pepper.
