1/8 | Cup | Yellow Corn, Charred |
1 | Ounce | Gorgonzola Vinaigrette |
1 | Tablespoon | Gorgonzola, Crumbled |
2 | Each | Pickled Okra, Halved |
To taste | Black Pepper, Fresh Cracked |
Directions
- Prepare the oysters according to package instructions to 165°F internal temperature.
- Spoon the charred salsa onto the plate.
- Arrange the okra, corn and oysters on the plate.
- Drizzle with gorgonzola vinaigrette and sprinkle the gorgonzola crumbles and cracked black pepper.
