Cast Iron Lobster Cake

|To||Taste||Salt & Pepper|
|12||Each||Chives, Fresh, Chopped|
|1||Each||Lemon, Fresh, Wedge|
- Mix the Lobster Salad Sensations® with the panko, egg, Dijon, Tabasco®, salt & pepper. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Brush a cast iron gratin baking dish with butter and add the mixture to the pan.
- Bake the Lobster Salad Sensations® cake for 20 minutes or until golden and 165°F internal temperature.
- Drizzle with citrus aioli and garnish with chopped chives and fresh lemon.
