Cast Iron Lobster Cake

1/4 | Pound | Lobster Salad Sensations® (Item# 004510) |
1 | Tablespoon | Butter, Unsalted |
1 | Teaspoon | Dijon Mustard |
1 | Cup | Panko |
1 | Each | Egg, Beaten |
1 | Dash | Tabasco® Sauce |
To | Taste | Salt & Pepper |
1-2 | Ounces | Citrus Aioli |
12 | Each | Chives, Fresh, Chopped |
1 | Each | Lemon, Fresh, Wedge |
Directions
- Mix the Lobster Salad Sensations® with the panko, egg, Dijon, Tabasco®, salt & pepper. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Brush a cast iron gratin baking dish with butter and add the mixture to the pan.
- Bake the Lobster Salad Sensations® cake for 20 minutes or until golden and 165°F internal temperature.
- Drizzle with citrus aioli and garnish with chopped chives and fresh lemon.
