Calamari Salad

Mixed greens, sliced cherry tomatoes and cucumbers are topped with crispy Mrs. Friday’s® Calamari Rings and drizzled with Italian vinaigrette for a unique light and summery salad.

5 Ounces Lightly Breaded Ring and Tentacle Calamari (Item# 041250)
1 Cup Field Greens
4 Each Cherry Tomatoes
6 Slices Cucumber
3 Slices Red Onion
2 Ounces Italian Dressing


  1. Slice the vegetables into thin pieces, rinse and dry the field greens.
  2. Cook as directed on packaging or at 350°F to 165°F internal temperature.
  3. In a salad bowl, toss all the ingredients with the Italian dressing and serve.
