Cajun Crab Casserole

1 Pound Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
1 Pound Rice, Cooked
2 Each Tomato & Okra, 14.5 ounce Can
1 Cup Onion, Small Dice, Sautéed
2 Cups Cajun Parmesan Mornay Sauce
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 Tablespoon Parsley, Chopped


  1. Fold the Jumbo Crab Sensations, tomato & okra, sautéed onions, cooked rice and the Mornay sauce together. Place the mixture in an oven safe pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes. Make sure the internal cooking temperature is at least 165°F.
  2. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
