Bruschetta of Calamari

Toasted Italian baguettes are slathered with goat cheese, topped with crispy fried Mrs. Friday’s ® Calamari Rings and garnished with roasted red peppers and capers for a delicious appetizer.

5 Ounces Breaded Calamari Rings (Item# 057802)
6 Each French Bread, Slices
1/2 Ounce Olive Oil
3 Ounces Goat Cheese
3 Ounces Roasted Red Pepper, Julienned
1/4 Ounce Capers


  1. Brush the slices of French bread with olive and and char grill.
  2. Spread the goat cheese, peppers and capers on the grilled bread, place in a 350°F oven for 4 minutes.
  3. In a 350°F fryer cook the calamari for 2 min and until 165°F internal temperature.
  4. Place the bruschetta on a warm plate and top with Mrs. Friday's® Calamari Rings.
