Bruschetta of Calamari
Toasted Italian baguettes are slathered with goat cheese, topped with crispy fried Mrs. Friday’s ® Calamari Rings and garnished with roasted red peppers and capers for a delicious appetizer.

6 | Each | French Bread, Slices |
1/2 | Ounce | Olive Oil |
3 | Ounces | Goat Cheese |
3 | Ounces | Roasted Red Pepper, Julienned |
1/4 | Ounce | Capers |
Directions
- Brush the slices of French bread with olive and and char grill.
- Spread the goat cheese, peppers and capers on the grilled bread, place in a 350°F oven for 4 minutes.
- In a 350°F fryer cook the calamari for 2 min and until 165°F internal temperature.
- Place the bruschetta on a warm plate and top with Mrs. Friday's® Calamari Rings.
