Brick Oven Seafood Flatbread
Creamy blend of shrimp, crab and Parmesan cheese smothered over a flatbread pizza crust. Topped with fresh field greens and sliced cherry tomatoes.

1 | Each | Flat-Bread Crust |
2 | Tablespoons | Parmesan Cheese |
1 | Ounce | Field Greens |
8 | Each | Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced |
1 | Tablespoon | Olive Oil |
To Taste | Salt and Pepper |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF. Lay out the flat-bread pizza crust and evenly coat with King & Prince® Shrimp and Crab Parmesan Seafood Inspirations™.
- Place the crust in the oven for 8–10 minutes or until the Inspirations are brown and bubbling and 165°F internal temperature.
- While the pizza is cooking, prepare the greens by lightly tossing them and the cherry tomatoes in olive oil. Season to taste.
- When the pizza comes out of the oven, let it stand for 2 minutes and then top with the field greens mixture. Garnish with the shaved Parmesan cheese.
