Brick Oven Seafood Flatbread

Creamy blend of shrimp, crab and Parmesan cheese smothered over a flatbread pizza crust. Topped with fresh field greens and sliced cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

2 Ounces Seafood Inspirations® Shrimp, Crab & Parmesan 4/2.5 lb. (Item# 057997)
1 Each Flat-Bread Crust
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
1 Ounce Field Greens
8 Each Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
To Taste Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Lay out the flat-bread pizza crust and evenly coat with King & Prince® Shrimp and Crab Parmesan Seafood Inspirations™.
  2. Place the crust in the oven for 8–10 minutes or until the Inspirations are brown and bubbling and 165°F internal temperature.
  3. While the pizza is cooking, prepare the greens by lightly tossing them and the cherry tomatoes in olive oil. Season to taste.
  4. When the pizza comes out of the oven, let it stand for 2 minutes and then top with the field greens mixture. Garnish with the shaved Parmesan cheese.
