Body Slamming Lobster Birria

4 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
3 Ounces Shredded mozzarella
1 Tablespoon Fresh chopped cilantro
3 Tablespoons Melted butter
3 Tablespoons Old Bay Hot Sauce
3 Each 6in Corn tortilla
3 Slices Smoked provolone
2 Ounces Hot Manhattan or New England Clam Chowder of your choice for a Body Slamming Lobster Birria dipping.


  1. Mix Lobster Sensations with shredded mozzarella and fresh chopped cilantro.
  2. Melt butter and mix with Old Bay Hot sauce.
  3. Coat both sides of all three corn tortillas in old bay butter and place on hot flat top grill.
  4. Top each tortilla with slice of provolone and lobster cheese mixture.
  5. Fold into a quesadilla and crisp on both sides.
  6. Serve with a side of hot Manhattan or New England clam chowder of your choice for dipping.
