Hot Manhattan or New England Clam Chowder of your choice for a Body Slamming Lobster Birria dipping. |
Directions
- Mix Lobster Sensations with shredded mozzarella and fresh chopped cilantro.
- Melt butter and mix with Old Bay Hot sauce.
- Coat both sides of all three corn tortillas in old bay butter and place on hot flat top grill.
- Top each tortilla with slice of provolone and lobster cheese mixture.
- Fold into a quesadilla and crisp on both sides.
- Serve with a side of hot Manhattan or New England clam chowder of your choice for dipping.
