3 Each Craft Beer Battered™ Pollock Fillets 2-3 oz. (Item# 078612)
2 Each Potato Cakes
3 Ounces All American Wedge Fries
1 Slice Seeded Rye Bread
1 Tablespoon Butter, Soft
3 Ounces Tartar Sauce
3 Ounces Apple Fennel Cole Slaw
2 Ounces Apple Sauce
2 Each Lemon Wedges


  1. Cook the Craft Beer Battered™ Pollock in a 350°F fryer to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Fry the potato cakes and the fries and arrange on a platter or basket as desired with sides and sauces.
