Ingredients

1 Pound Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
1 Can Corn, Sweet Creamed
1 Can Mexicorn, Corn, Red & Green Peppers, Do Not Drain
4 Tablespoons Butter, Diced
1 Cup Velveeta, Diced
1 Cup Elbow Noodles, Dry
1 Ounce Taco Seasoning
1/2 Cup Water
8 Ounces Cheese, Mexican Blend, Shredded
Garnish:
As Desired Sour Cream
As Desired Salsa
As Desired Avocado
As Desired Cilantro
As Desired Lime

Directions

  1. Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Sauté the Lobster Sensations® in a pan and add to the remainder of the ingredients. Place in the baking dish, cover with parchment and foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove foil and stir. Top with shredded Mexican blend cheese and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  4. Garnish with sour cream, salsa, avocado, fresh lime, and cilantro.
