| 1 | Can | Mexicorn, Corn, Red & Green Peppers, Do Not Drain |
| 4 | Tablespoons | Butter, Diced |
| 1 | Cup | Velveeta, Diced |
| 1 | Cup | Elbow Noodles, Dry |
| 1 | Ounce | Taco Seasoning |
| 1/2 | Cup | Water |
| 8 | Ounces | Cheese, Mexican Blend, Shredded |

Directions
- Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Sauté the Lobster Sensations® in a pan and add to the remainder of the ingredients. Place in the baking dish, cover with parchment and foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and stir. Top with shredded Mexican blend cheese and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Garnish with sour cream, salsa, avocado, fresh lime, and cilantro.
